Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses for assigned properties
• Maintain general ledgers, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and ensure accurate journal entries
• Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tenant billing transactions
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash activity
• Support property budgets, forecasts, and year-end audits
• Partner with the operations team to resolve accounting discrepancies and enhance financial processes
• Assist with CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and property tax tracking

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of accounting experience (property management or real estate industry preferred)
• Proficiency with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software
