Rate: $60 - $65 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Change Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the development and implementation of change adoption efforts as part of key projects and serves as the main point of contact for change adoption activities on those projects.
  • Takes change adoption efforts end to end from original concept through final implementation and adoption success.
  • Monitors and drives project performance by implementing change management best practices.
  • Plans, manages, and monitors change adoption activities from concept through implementation for projects.
  • Acts as primary contact for change adoption to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
  • Assesses, strategizes, designs, develops, and delivers actionable change management tactics, which includes communications, leadership, sponsorship, engagement and provides recommendations for training.
  • Establishes change management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and Leadership expectations using the appropriate tools.
  • Meets with internal customers of an assigned project to provide status updates and reports and gather project-related feedback.
  • Responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience performing change management or program management
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree required

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
