Job Description

We’re looking for Production Associates in Reno, NV   to work in a  cold environment facility ! Earn up to $17/hr. in a fast paced, fun environment, creating delicious food products. No experience required!

These are temp-to-hire positions – convert to a full-time employee after 480 hours of work!

Pay Rate: $17.00

Available Shift Times:

• Monday - Friday AM and PM shifts available
• AM shift: 5:15am-3pm
• PM shift: 3pm-midnight

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling food products on the production line in the warehouse
• Reporting defective materials or questionable conditions
• Stocking production materials needed for the assembly line
• Maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Following prescribed GMP requirements and safety regulations
• Occasionally preparing ingredients using tools such as food scales, measuring spoons, and cups, etc.

Key Requirements:

• Comfortable working in cold environments - ~40 degrees
• Able to work assigned shift in fast-paced environment
• Ability to be tenacious in locating product in the distribution center
• Must be organized
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be reliable, have good time-management skills and have ability to work at a steady pace
• Walks, stands, bends and stoops for 8-10 hours during shift to locate items from orders, organize product and fulfill orders
