We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Product Owner, Client Experience to join our Global Collateral team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

Role Overview:

As Product Owner for the Client Experience & UI Pod within Global Collateral, you will own an end-to-end client process/journey, driving the maintenance and innovation of new capabilities and enhancements under the "Unified Client Experience" mandate. You will play a key role in building a strategic digital experience centered on our clients’ evolving needs, redesigning our core collateral management platform, and creating seamless connections to other BNY capabilities to deliver a best-in-class, signal-based client experience.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Own and manage the full product lifecycle for the client experience journey, from conception through launch and ongoing enhancements.
  • Redesign and consolidate legacy AccessEdge capabilities into intuitive, uniform, global tools with customization based on user preferences and needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, client-centric digital solutions aligned with Global Collateral objectives.
  • Introduce and evolve digital adoption and training frameworks, integrating seamlessly with adjacent BNY products.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features balancing client needs and business goals.
  • Provide standardized client enablement and servicing toolsets, including self-service client-facing tools to empower clients.
  • Manage product backlogs, refine user stories, and facilitate agile ceremonies within the Pod.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across BNY to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and recommend improvements.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product owner experience, preferably within financial services or securities industry.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles and roadmaps.
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital adoption tools, and client experience design.
  • Experience working as a Product Owner in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of collateral management, securities markets, and related regulations.
  • Experience with UI/UX principles and collaboration with design teams.
  • Ability to leverage data insights to drive product innovation and client satisfaction.
