Overview Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire a Sales Technology Product Designer. This is a hybrid role that will be onsite 3x a week in San Diego, CA. This job is a 6-month W2 contract role with benefits & paid holidays! Base pay range $56.00/hr - $66.00/hr Responsibilities Lead the design refresh of end-to-end seller workflows to ensure a comprehensive and positive user experience Develop AI-driven tools and workflows that standardize sales activities, enhance workflow efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and improve lead management Leverage data-driven insights from in-depth research on sales operations to identify and address critical pain points and improvement opportunities within sales processes Work with cross-functional teams to create a unified customer data system that supports account management strategies tailored to diverse seller archetypes Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Service Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design; Master's Degrees highly valued! 3+ years of interaction or product design experience Working knowledge of designing using Figma, FigJam, & the Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Must have a creative online portfolio that demonstrates your strengths!
