About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-established private equity firm focused on investing in lower middle-market businesses. The firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Industrials investment team, playing an integral role across the full investment lifecycle for platform investments and add-on acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute new platform investments within the Industrials sector
- Support identification, diligence, and execution of add-on acquisitions
- Build and refine investment theses, financial models, and valuation analyses
- Manage key diligence workstreams and coordinate with external advisors
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in private equity and/or investment banking
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and capital structure expertise
- Excellent understanding of financial statements and transaction mechanics
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
