A-Line Staffing is now hiring Pharmacy Technician I in San Antonio, TX.
The Pharmacy Technician I would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.

Pharmacy Technician I Compensation

• The pay for this position is $18.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Pharmacy Technician I Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Training is onsite for approximately 4 weeks (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm CST)
• After training, the position will transition to 100% remote work from home
• Regular schedule after training: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm CST, with rotating Saturday and possible permanent Sunday shifts (if scheduled Saturday, then no Sunday and vice versa)

Pharmacy Technician I Responsibilities

• Accept incoming calls related to requests submitted to Participant Services
• Resolve issues submitted via mail, tasks, and databases
• Partner with Pharmacy, Shipping, Customer Care, Finance, Claims Processing, and Eligibility departments for timely resolution
• Handle extensive phone interactions with members and prescribers
• Serve as initial point of contact before Pharmacist involvement for clinical issues/questions
• Work across multiple queues and systems to resolve inquiries

Pharmacy Technician I Requirements

• 0–6 months of experience required
• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License or Trainee License in good standing REQUIRED
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service or call center experience
