Be among the first 25 applicants Turing is looking for experienced financial advisors and planners with a strong background in personal finance, investment management, retirement planning, and tax optimization. Role Overview In this role, you will work on projects that help fine-tune and evaluate large language models (LLMs) using your financial advisory knowledge and communication skills. No prior AI experience is required. These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to improve client experience, strengthen advisory workflows, and enhance the quality of financial planning insights. What Does Day-to-Day Look Like Design and solve real-world financial advisory scenarios and case studies to assess AI reasoning. Write clear, structured, and high-quality financial solutions that reflect real-world advisory decisions. Collaborate with AI researchers to improve model understanding of concepts such as risk profiling, asset allocation, and investment strategy. Help define and refine evaluation benchmarks based on financial planning principles, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. Requirements 4+ years of experience as a Personal Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, Financial Consultant, or similar role. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CFP® , CFA® , or CPA® are preferred but not mandatory. Strong English communication and analytical skills. Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, client-focused language using data and visuals where needed.
