Description:
Prepares products for delivery to customers by packing products in cartons; labeling cartons.

Duties:

1. Sets-up station by receiving packing order; gathering packing materials; notifying material handlers for required materials.
2. Approves products for shipment by inspecting product visually for deficiencies.
3. Packs cartons by folding carton; following prescribed arrangement; placing product in carton.
4. Finishes cartons by sealing openings; affixing shipping label.
5. Prepares pallets by following prescribed stacking arrangement; tagging pallets.
6. Documents actions by completing logs.
7. Accomplishes manufacturing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
