We are looking for a motivated Outsourced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic CPA firm in East Brunswick, New Jersey. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong accounting background who excel at managing multiple client accounts and providing strategic financial insights. The position offers flexibility with hybrid or fully remote work arrangements.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and approve payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide expert advice on general accounting and financial matters to clients.
• Manage employee expense reimbursement processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
• Conduct client meetings to present monthly financial reports and address any inquiries.
• Perform month-end close duties, including reviewing financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and review journal entries to maintain the integrity of the general ledger.• Minimum of five years of experience working in a CPA firm managing multiple client accounts.
• Proficiency in month-end close processes, including financial statement preparation.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger management and account reconciliation.
• Experience handling payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients and address their financial inquiries.
• CPA certification or significant progress toward obtaining it is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
