Orchestrade Trade Management Developer Join our team to develop post‑trade platforms covering trade management, processing, position and transaction life cycle events, asset servicing, valuations, settlements, and fund accounting. This role aligns with Trade Capture, Middle Office, and Operations teams working on equity, fixed income, credit, and derivative products. You will also contribute to a multi‑year technology transformation program upgrading systems for resiliency, scale, and modernized tech stacks. Responsibilities Develop software applications supporting new feature enhancements for the product roadmap. Implement QA testing frameworks to improve application quality and security. Build reusable application framework components. Coordinate reliability and observability enhancements with DevOps and support teams. Participate in Cloud‑based application implementation, migration strategies to Cloud native services and SaaS offerings. Identify and develop best practices and tools for software development, code generation, and AI‑assisted programming techniques. Qualifications Experience developing Middle and Back Office systems including trade life cycle events, corporate actions, valuations, accounting, reference data, broker integration, security master, or price master. Expertise in C# (.NET Core). Architecture experience with multi‑tiered applications in containerized environments, Docker/Kubernetes. Solid database experience with Microsoft SQL Server and additional proficiency in Postgres, MongoDB. Experience with messaging platforms: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Solace. Experience with distributed cache systems: Redis, Hazelcast, Valkey. Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub. Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulatory requirements. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Agile delivery experience with iterative development and context switching. Experience with enterprise systems such as Geneva, Orchestrade, VPM, Golden Source, Cosmos, Bloomberg, Markit, Flextrade (plus). Experience with cloud data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift (plus).
