Job Description

About the Role As an Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting client operations and internal processes. You’ll be the go‑to person for juggling projects, managing workflows, and finding creative solutions to day‑to‑day challenges. What you'll do Serve as point of contact for client requests and ensure follow-through on action items. Own and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment. Streamline and improve internal processes; create and maintain clear documentation. Maintain and update task lists to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned. Solve problems in real-time and proactively create solutions to operational challenges. Skills 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or an administrative role. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work. Comfortable with shifting priorities and managing competing deadlines. Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
