Responsibilities Manage office operations, including supplies, team lunches, and client visits Coordinate the CEOs schedule, meetings, and occasional travel Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects Qualifications 24 years in an executive support or office management role Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong multitasking, time-management, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new tools Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
