We are seeking Network Engineers across multiple levels - Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior - to expand our dynamic team. Whether you're just starting out, looking to leverage your mid-career experience, or ready to take on a senior role, we have a place for you. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. This position offers the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects, collaborating with a team of experts to support mission-critical operations. You'd like to do this: * Design and implement new network solutions and/or improve the efficiency of current networks. * Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP. * Procure network equipment and manage subcontractors involved with network installation. * Configure firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security. * Maximize network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting. * Arrange scheduled upgrades and perform network maintenance. * Investigate faults in the network and provide solutions. * Update network equipment to the latest firmware releases. * Report network status to key stakeholders. You're required to have this: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred for higher-level positions. * Experience ranging from entry-level (1-3 years) to senior-level (7+ years) in network engineering or related roles. * Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS). * Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP). * Experience with network simulation tools. * Certification as a Network Engineer or Network Administrator is a plus (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA). * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. * An active TS/SCI with polygraph Salary Range: $100,000 - $175,000 The BlueHalo, an AV Company pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
