NC Drill Operator

Job Purpose: Performs all NC Drill functions required in a PCB Manufacturing environment

Nature of Duties

• Must be able to operate Excellon & Hitachi Drill machines, PCB X-Ray equipment, Laser drill and (XRT) X-Ray tooling equipment in Drill area.
• In addition the candidate must be able to run NC routing equipment both in manual and automatic mode.
• Must also be able to make necessary scale and step changes when required.
• This position will require experience in Fabrication, Planarization and Lamination and Drilling.
• Must also be experienced in using measuring devices (micrometers and dial calipers) and scopes to measure the line width, spacing, cut-outs, routed features and overall product sizes of the product being processed.

Education and Experience

• A minimum of 2-4 years experience in the Drilling and routing operations is required.
• The candidate must understand process travelers, customer specifications and tolerances specified on travelers or blueprints.
• In addition the candidate must have working experience in the lamination operation.
• Must have good written and oral communications skills.
• Sanmina experience plus.

Salary Range (annual) : $43,680.00 - $49,608.00

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
