Corporate M&A Mid-Level Associate (multiple locations)
Our Corporate Group seeks a mid-level associate with 3 to 5 years of substantive M&A experience to join any of our offices in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Seattle, Santa Monica, Washington DC or New York. You'll work on transactions ranging from early-stage financings to complex acquisitions and exits for leading technology and life-sciences companies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support all phases of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary documents
Advise clients on deal structure, due diligence, and regulatory considerations
Collaborate with partners and colleagues across practice groups
Qualifications
3 to 5 years (ONLY) of M&A experience at a top-tier law firm
Active bar membership (or eligibility to waive/sit) in the jurisdiction of your desired office
Excellent academic record and superior writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Affinity for technology and/or life-sciences clients preferred
