Position Overview We are seeking an exceptional Men’s Personal Stylist with deep expertise in menswear, luxury fashion brands, and contemporary style culture. The ideal candidate is personable, intuitive, and able to make clients feel at ease while guiding them toward an elevated, fully personalized aesthetic. This role combines hands‑on styling, luxury client service, personal relationship‑building, and occasional administrative support. You will curate wardrobes, shop across premium and designer markets, and deliver a consistent, high‑quality styling experience. Key Responsibilities Client Styling & Experience Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients through attentive communication and a warm, professional approach. Conduct style assessments to understand clients’ lifestyles, goals, body types, and preferences. Curate personalized wardrobes and looks that reflect each client’s unique aesthetic and daily needs. Shop for clients regularly across luxury and contemporary menswear brands, both in-store and online. Prepare, fit, and style complete outfits for clients for everyday wear, events, and special occasions. Provide continuous styling support, updates, and recommendations as clients’ lives evolve. Fashion Expertise Maintain expert‑level knowledge of luxury menswear brands, designers, and current fashion trends. Source emerging designers, unique pieces, and high‑quality essentials that align with the brand’s standards. Ensure all styling selections reflect a modern, cohesive, and elevated point of view. Operations & Administrative Support Assist with appointment scheduling, client notes, follow‑up communication, and wardrobe documentation. Help maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring studio or workspace. Support occasional operational tasks as assigned (inventory, returns, vendor coordination, etc.). Qualifications Extensive knowledge of luxury menswear brands, fit, fabrics, tailoring, and contemporary style. Prior experience as a personal stylist, menswear specialist, or luxury retail professional strongly preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly and make clients feel comfortable. Strong eye for aesthetic cohesion, proportion, and personalization. Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines. Ability to handle discreet, relationship‑based client interactions with professionalism and confidentiality.
