·Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
·Excellent communication skills and patient care skills
·Ability to work and live in a variety of locations than what is available at home
·Must have a valid driver's license and be able to transport a patient when necessary
We are a passionate team of cardiologists, primary care physicians, physician assistant and nurse practitioners dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to patients with heart and vascular conditions. *About the Role:*
As a receptionist in our cardiovascular office, you will play a vital role in supporting our physicians and delivering exceptional patient care. You will have the opportunity to:
* Check in patients, verifying insurances
* Maintain patient charts and medical records
* Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and answering phones
*Qualifications:*
* Prior experience in a clerical or clinical setting is helpful.
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
