JOB TITLE: MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

Family practice in Santa Barbara is looking for a medical receptionist to join their team! This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain extensive front office experience in the healthcare industry! ENTRY-LEVEL CANDIDATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!

Pay: $23/hour

• FLUENT in Spanish is required .
• Prefer front office reception experience.
• Customer Service experience.

• Confirm and schedule appointments for medical clinics.
• Maintain customer service with patients, vendors, and coworkers.
• Confirm appointments and update patient information.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Perform data entry tasks.

• Experience in customer service and call center environments.
• Proficiency in scheduling appointments and patient care.
• Familiarity with healthcare and medical assisting.
• Ability to work with electronic health records.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
