Manufacturing Production Manager (80-90K)

We are hiring for a Manufacturing Production Manager to lead production, efficiency, quality, and delivery for an established Manufacturer in the East Syracuse, NY area. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Production planning and scheduling
• Coaching and developing the team
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement
• Ensuring quality, compliance, and safety
• Partnering with engineering, supply chain, sales, and operations leadership

Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of production/manufacturing leadership
• Strong people leadership, planning, and problem solving skills
• Ability to drive performance on the shop floor
