About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Forensics Practice. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing business through various channels, leading and managing a team of professionals in a wide range of client engagements, and serving as the primary point of contact with client personnel. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver clear and concise information. The Managing Director will also be responsible for business development initiatives, including the creation of industry-specific thought leadership content and the execution of a business development plan. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or JD preferred, and at least 8 years' of experience in business development and relationship management. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, with experience in transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and customer risk rating tools preferred. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong leadership, analytical, writing, and presentation skills, and a proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment. The role also demands the capacity to build and maintain strong relationships, both with clients and within the organization, and the ability to effectively manage a team and contribute to the professional development of staff.
