What to Expect Mail Operations is currently seeking a skilled Mailroom Associate for our Mail Ops team in Fremont CA. Candidates with prior mailroom/loading dock experience are recommended. This dedicated individual will beextremely detailed-oriented,complywith all safety rules and will be responsible for making a significant contribution toourmailroom and site activities. Being proactive, thorough, and able to think on your feet are all keys to success in this role.
What You'll Do

• Receive mail/packages/freight of various types from delivery vehicles
• Sort material into designated locations based off information provided
• Be able to effectively operate EPJ/Forklift/Gradall in a safe and efficient manner
• Distribute time sensitive material to correct recipients both on-site and off-site
• Process incoming packages in package tracking system for pick up or delivery
• Ensure packages are delivered or picked up by authorized personnel within the designated time frame
• Troubleshoot problem shipments using various methods

What You'll Bring

• Previous shipping and receiving and customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Data entry experience. Must becomfortable usingmodern technology: laptops, scanners, etc.
• Skilled operation of EPJ/Forklift/Gradall in a safe and efficient manner
• Previous experience in a construction atmosphere
• Possess a "get it done" attitude and an urgency to resolve problems/tasks
• Ability tolift upto 50 lbs.
• Ableto perform repetitious duties while standing for extended periods

Expected Compensation $20.20 - $40.80/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
