Job Title: M&A Associate Attorney (4–6 Years Experience)
Locations: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, Chicago
Compensation: $310,000 – $390,000 (depending on location, skills, and experience)

About the Role
Are you ready to take your M&A career to the next level? We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and collaborative attorney with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in mergers & acquisitions to join one of the most dynamic and innovative teams in BigLaw.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading sophisticated M&A deals from start to finish, including drafting and negotiating key agreements.
  • Owning the deal process — juggling timelines, managing client relationships, and keeping everything on track.
  • Mentoring and supervising junior associates while being a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
  • Tackling a wide variety of complex, high-value matters for clients who expect nothing less than excellence.

What we’re looking for:

  • A JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Solid M&A skills and proven deal experience.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys being a go-to problem solver.
  • A team player with the confidence to take ownership of matters and the curiosity to keep growing.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • A culture that values collaboration, mentorship, and excellence.
  • Access to career-defining M&A work with some of the most sophisticated clients in the market.
  • The support, resources, and platform of a leading global law firm —without losing the human touch.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $310,000 – $390,000 (based on location, skills, and experience).
  • A comprehensive benefits package that supports your professional and personal life, including:
    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
    • Health savings and flexible spending accounts
    • Life insurance, AD&D, disability, and long-term care coverage
    • Pre-tax commuter benefits
    • Four weeks of vacation + two weeks of sick time + 10 paid holidays
    • Generous parental leave & fertility benefits
    • Backup care support for kids and adults
    • Plus, firm-paid insurance and wellness perks to keep you balanced

If you’re an ambitious M&A attorney who’s ready to dive into challenging, high-profile deals while building your career in a collaborative, top-tier environment, we’d love to hear from you.
