Morgan Private Client is growing amid the launch of its new offering focusing on affluent families, individuals, and their businesses - and creating a continuum between Chase Private Client and J.P. Morgan Private Bank. As a member of this new team, you will participate in establishing a new business for J.P. Morgan Chase.
As the Wealth Management Partnership Program lead within J.P. Morgan Private Client, you will participate in establishing new business for J.P. Morgan Chase. You will be responsible for operationalizing wealth referrals to Chase Wealth Management, establishing RM and Advisor expectations, designing the onboarding experience, and developing strategies for how we collectively partner to win more share of client's investment wallets. You will be responsible for delivering a holistic, sophisticated, and bespoke wealth referral model to our target $1MM+ clients.
In this role you will collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm at all levels. Strong knowledge of business drivers, excellent communication and execution skills, and experience in financial services/banking and/or sales are essential. The ability to adapt and remain flexible in a constantly evolving business are key attributes for success. You must be detail-oriented and skilled at managing in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Manage the Wealth Advisor Partnership Program to operationalize a scalable referral model with coverage across all JPMPC markets to drive acquisition and deepening on behalf of Relationship Managers
+ Design a comprehensive Advisor/Relationship Manager behavioral playbook that encompasses the client lifecycle from prospect identification to wealth planning, onboarding and account opening, through servicing and deepening.
+ Manage pilot test strategies to understand how to drive more integrated partnerships that drive business results e.g. Co-located Advisors/Relationship Managers, Lead testing of existing clients, and referrals to Advisors in different affluent channels (e.g. Financial Centers)
+ Partner with D&A across JPMPC and CWM to align on lead strategies and One JPMC insights that grow Relationship Managers and Advisors opportunity pipelines
+ Oversee the success of the wealth referral model and dissect performance metrics, gaps in product offerings (e.g. liquidity solutions) and opportunities for further training in partnership with Learning and Development
+ Liaise with all JPMPC Office Field Leaders to understand market specific needs, intake feedback, and address solutions accordingly
+ Collaborate with Chase Wealth Management Sales Strategy and Content Development teams to prepare robust thought leadership content (e.g. weekly emails, articles and webinars) to share with Relationship Managers and their clients,
+ Work with appropriate partners to establish necessary controls, tracking and reporting of referrals to and from Chase Wealth Management
**Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities**
+ At least 6 years in directly relevant fields (i.e., financial services and/or sales) experience with a strong consultative and project management background
+ Able to design and operationalize business strategies and processes that can be tracked, measured and that adhere to all applicable controls
+ Exceptional communication skills, effective in presenting recommendations to senior management and capable of partnering with multiple stakeholders
+ Proactive; takes initiative to identify solutions; executes with a sense of urgency
+ Excellent relationship management skills and ability to navigate a large, complex organization
+ Intellectually curious, client first mindset, team-oriented, and high energy level with passion for driving quantifiable business results
+ Experience anticipating and proactively addressing senior management concerns
