*What you’ll do*

* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
* Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements.
* Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
* Perform construction estimating to provide accurate project cost assessments.
* Execute pipe threading, welding, and assembly of plumbing fixtures and systems.
* Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting on HVAC systems as needed.
* Collaborate with construction teams on site to ensure timely project completion.
* Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to safety protocols.

*Basic qualifications*

* Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
* Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
* Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
* Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.

*Preferred qualifications*

* Experience in field service roles with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Background in carpentry or maintenance person work is a plus.
* Familiarity with commercial driving regulations if applicable.
