We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Product Designer with at least 5 years of relevant experience to join our team onsite in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to propose and develop design solutions that convey a clear product message and distinct brand identity. They thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, working across both interior and exterior design projects. A strong role model and mentor, this individual actively supports the growth of junior designers while continuing to deepen their own expertise and broaden their skill set.
Responsibilities:
Propose and develop design solutions that meet project prerequisites while maintaining a strong product message and brand identity.
Explore and present design concepts through 2D and 3D methods, including sketches, drawings, and visual artifacts.
Contribute to multidisciplinary product design teams, driving projects from initial idea through to production.
Apply advanced knowledge and design expertise to both interior and exterior projects.
Support, coach, and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of lifelong learning.
Collaborate confidently across the broader organizational network, building influence and articulating clear value within business and technical areas.
Create compelling visualizations using tools such as Blender, Alias, and Keyshot.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant design experience.
Proven ability to generate innovative design concepts that balance creativity with functional requirements.
Strong skills in both 2D and 3D sketching, visualization, and design communication.
Proficiency with design tools, including Blender, Alias, and Keyshot.
Experience designing for both interior and exterior applications.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design value within broader business contexts.
Commitment to professional growth and mentoring others.
Must be able to work fully onsite in Greensboro, NC.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
