Job Title: HVAC Engineer

We're seeking an HVAC Engineer to support the operation and maintenance of facility HVAC systems in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role requires a hands-on problem solver who can ensure system reliability, troubleshoot issues, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate effectively across teams. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain all HVAC systems within the facility.
Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to ensure uninterrupted performance.
Conduct inspections and system assessments to identify and resolve potential issues.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC-related technical problems to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet FDA and GMP compliance standards.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HVAC systems.
Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
Uphold safety protocols and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
Communicate effectively with departments and stakeholders regarding system issues and solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 4 years of experience in HVAC systems within a GMP manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of FDA and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience writing and maintaining SOPs.
Understanding of equipment validation requirements and processes.
Strong organizational and computer skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
