Affirmed Home Care, a premier concierge home care agency serving Westchester County, is currently seeking experienced, dependable Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for per diem and flexible assignments in Elmsford, NY and nearby communities .
This opportunity is ideal for HHAs looking for steady local cases, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay—without long commutes or facility-based work .
$21.00 per hour
Local Elmsford cases — minimal travel time
Day shifts available (6–12 hours)
Flexible scheduling — per diem, part-time, and full-time options

As a Certified Home Health Aide with Affirmed Home Care, you will deliver personalized, in-home care that supports clients’ safety, dignity, and independence . We offer reliable local assignments, responsive support, and the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships .
Assist with personal care and hygiene
Provide medication reminders as directed
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Offer companionship and emotional support
Maintain a safe, respectful home environment
Valid New York State HHA Certificate
Minimum 1 year of professional HHA experience
Authorization to work in the United States
Driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within the past year
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years
MMR immunization within the past 10 years
