Job Summary:

We are hiring Heavy Equipment Operators for our Bainville, MT facilities. You will operate various heavy machinery, mainly loaders & dozers, to support our frac sand mining and transportation, ensuring adherence to specifications, company policies, and MSHA safety standards. Training will be provided. Job type is full-time hourly with overtime.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy equipment (excavators, skidsteers, loaders, dozers).
• Conduct daily inspections and perform equipment maintenance.
• Load and transport frac sand and materials.
• Adjust equipment settings for accuracy and efficiency.
• Track maintenance schedules and report issues to supervisors.
• Assist in training new operators and promote safety.
• Clean equipment and manage waste disposal.
• Perform minor repairs as needed.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Undertake additional relevant duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of heavy machinery operation experience, preferably in mining or construction.
• Knowledge of safety protocols for heavy equipment.
• Physically capable of operating machinery in various weather conditions.
• Strong safety record with reliable attendance.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, 8-12-hour shifts, days or nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call, if needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb, and use power tools.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
