NOW HOSPITALITY – HEAD CORPORATE CHEF

Peoria, IL | Full-Time | Relocation Package Available

NOW Hospitality is seeking an experienced, visionary Head Corporate Chef to lead the culinary operations across all of our restaurant concepts. From our celebrated pizza bars to our upcoming pasta, gelato, and more concepts, this individual will shape the future of food in our kitchens, elevate our standards, and bring fresh, high-quality dining to life at scale. This person will also help develop the catering business line of the Company.

About The Role

As the Head Corporate Chef, you will:

• Oversee kitchen operations across all NOW Hospitality locations.
• Assist with concept development, kitchen buildouts, and staff training for new openings.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, recipes, prep systems, and plating guides.
• Ensure culinary consistency, cost control, and kitchen efficiency across the group.
• Support large-scale catering events with a focus on executional excellence.
  
  

You Bring

• 5+ years in a multi-unit executive chef or corporate chef role.
• Proven experience in high-volume kitchens and catering large events.
• Mastery of fresh pasta techniques and seasonal menu development.
• A passion for locally sourced, sustainable ingredients.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team while scaling operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
