Job Description
Part-Time position expected to expand to Full-Time in the next 6 months or sooner.
Position Overview
We have multiple positions available to assist on a manufacturing line producing fiberglass rebar. Ideally each person will be trained in all positions including but not limited to end-of-line bundling of product, quality control, machine operation and mid-line mixing of resin/epoxy and maintaining part of the production line. This role is very hands on and ideal for someone who enjoys a team environment, attention to detail, problem solving and working hard.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload materials, supplies, and finished products.
Move, stack, and organize fiberglass rebar and related materials in designated areas.
Assist with shipping and receiving functions, including verifying orders and preparing shipments.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Work closely with production and shipping teams to meet daily schedules and deadlines.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred (we’re willing to train the right candidate)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Basic math and record-keeping skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
Self-control with technology - cannot be on the phone while working
