Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a reliable and skilled General Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various construction tasks including painting, drywall installation, floor covering, and light construction. Candidates must have their own set of hand tools and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Perform interior and exterior painting with attention to detail and finish quality.
Install, repair, and finish drywall surfaces.
Lay and secure various types of floor coverings (e. g., tile, laminate, carpet).
Assist with light construction tasks such as framing, demolition, and site cleanup.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite.

Experience with light carpentry or framing.
Knowledge of construction safety standards.
Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings.
Bilingual - Spanish
Proven experience in general construction labor, including painting, drywalling, and flooring.
Must own and maintain a set of basic hand tools.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work on feet for extended periods.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
