Hi there! We’re a 62-year-old, family-owned car dealership built on family values and the golden rule. At Nolensville Road Auto Mart, we believe in doing right by people—even if it means losing a little money to keep someone happy. Our vehicles are used, but to our customers, they’re often as good as new—and we want them to look that way when someone spends their hard-earned money on a down payment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid driver’s license (Tennessee preferred)
• Your own reliable transportation
• Strong reliability and a great attitude
• Team player mentality—we value respect and cooperation as much as skill
• Bonus: Clean driving record, buffing/headlight restoration experience, or light mechanical ability (changing a battery, airing up tires, etc.)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Washing, hand waxing, and detailing vehicles inside and out
• Shampooing carpets with our commercial extractor
• Cleaning wheels, wheel wells, and following our quality checklist
• Occasionally helping shuttle vehicles between our Nashville and Mt. Juliet locations

What We Offer:

• Guaranteed full-time hours (40/week)
• Occasional overtime opportunities during busier seasons (like tax time)
• Paid select holidays after 90 days
• PTO available after 90 days
• A small, flexible team environment where you can come straight to the owner with any concerns

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch
