  • Be the face of the facility , serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing concerns quickly and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
  • Review and approve all operational procedures (MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs), ensuring quality and consistency across every process.
  • Lead emergency response efforts , acting as first responder during critical incidents such as equipment failures or safety events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support customer build-outs, sustainability initiatives, capital projects, and audits.
  • Develop and manage budgets (OPEX and CAPEX) , accurately forecasting needs while ensuring cost efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Continuously assess and optimize building systems and workflows to drive innovation and performance improvement.
  • Who You Are

You’re a proactive, solution-oriented leader who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to motivate and inspire others. You thrive in complex, mission-critical environments and take pride in seeing systems — and people — perform at their best.

    Key qualifications include:

    • 13+ years of experience in facilities management or critical infrastructure operations, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
    • Strong technical foundation in mechanical, electrical, and building systems operations.
    • Professional licensing (electrical or mechanical) strongly preferred.
    • Excellent communication and decision-making skills , especially under pressure.
    • Proven success managing large-scale preventive maintenance programs and vendor/contractor relationships.
    • Ability to analyze data , interpret complex documentation (AutoCAD, Visio, PDF), and make sound operational decisions.
    • Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction .
    • Skilled in budget development and cost tracking , with an eye for operational efficiency.
