What We’re Looking For

We’re on the hunt for an experienced carpenter who knows their way around a job site and takes pride in doing things right the first time. If you're a go-getter who can frame a wall, hang a door, read a blueprint, and make it all look good — we want you on our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Rough and finish carpentry (framing, siding, trim, cabinetry, etc.)

• Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and other materials like a pro
• Troubleshooting job site challenges with creative, practical solutions
• Working as part of a tight-knit team that’s got each other’s backs
• Keeping job sites clean, safe, and dialed in

What You Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of real-world carpentry experience
• Confidence with hand and power tools (and knowing when to use each)
• Ability to read plans, work independently, and solve problems on the fly
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in your craft
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physically able to handle the demands of the job

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in both residential and commercial projects
• Supervisory or mentoring skills
• Reading plans and bringing blueprints to life
