A private household in Bellevue, WA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Housekeeper to manage the overall cleanliness, organization, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the home. This role is approximately 40% hands-on housekeeping, with additional responsibilities including organization, laundry care, simple meal prep, dog care, and general household upkeep. The ideal candidate is experienced, discreet, and service-minded, with a passion for creating and maintaining a clean and well-run home.

Candidates must be based locally and fully available to work onsite Monday through Friday. Some domestic travel primarily to secondary residences in California and Montana will be required throughout the year (approximately 8 weeks total daily per diem provided).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular housekeeping tasks including vacuuming, doing dishes, and cleaning the principal’s master suite
• Manage all household laundry and dry cleaning; care for high-end clothing, fine linens, and soft goods
• Oversee restocking of household essentials and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other goods
• Provide daily care for household pet(s), including feeding, walking, and light grooming as needed
• Plan and prepare simple, healthy meals as requested
• Manage grocery shopping and maintain a clean and organized pantry and refrigerator
• Maintain household organization systems and ensure all areas are tidy and clutter-free
• Identify household needs proactively and assist with occasional errands or vendor coordination

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar Executive Housekeeper or high-level housekeeping role
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and care
• Experience with laundry and garment care, including high-end and delicate fabrics
• Comfortable around dogs and able to assist with pet care
• Ability to prepare simple, nutritious meals
• Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of household privacy
• Strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Compensation: 1099 $40/hr with medical and cell phone stipend. Per Diem provided when traveling
