About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Religious and Spiritual Life, with a focus on diversity and inclusion. The successful candidate will be tasked with the vision, development, and assessment of extracurricular and co-curricular programs that promote a vibrant and inclusive religious and spiritual life on campus. This role involves supervising a team of content experts and practitioners, including university chaplains, and serving as a strategic leader and advisor to foster student belonging and a welcoming community. The Executive Director will also be responsible for ensuring that educational programs are culturally responsive and developmentally appropriate, and for cultivating interfaith engagement and collaboration among diverse student communities.
