Cleveland Clinic is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to serve as Executive Director, Clinical and Operational Improvement. This role is responsible for developing and driving operational strategies across the division, supporting the organizations goal to operate more efficiently and effectively.
At the executive management level, this leader oversees and coordinates the execution of all operations of the Clinical and Operational Improvement Division to ensure efficiency and value. Additionally, this caregiver acts as a strategic partner to the Executive Vice President and Chief Improvement Officer, supporting the development and execution of enterprise strategies.
The Executive Director, Clinical and Operational Improvement provides leadership across administrative and operational functions, promotes effective communication, positive caregiver experience, and process improvement. This caregiver also collaborates with other executives to strengthen the Divisions strategy, financial, data, and change management capabilities, and directly manages the Divisions data and analytics team and related patient support functions, inspiring results through relationship building and diplomacy.
