Job Description
We are seeking a polished, organized, and detail-driven Events Assistant to support planning and execution of corporate and client-facing events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys dynamic environments, values clear communication, and delivers exceptional quality in every task. You will play a key role in ensuring each event runs seamlessly from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating logistics for corporate and promotional events.
Manage event calendars, scheduling, vendor communication, and on-site needs.
Support event set-up, materials preparation, guest coordination, and client requests.
Maintain accurate documentation, timelines, and reports throughout the planning process.
Ensure high standards of organization, professionalism, and quality at all times.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support smooth event execution.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
