Job Description

Event Staff responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Venue Preparation: assist in setting up venue according to the event planEquipment Check: ensure equipment is functional and setup as neededSignage and Directions: place signs and informational materials to guide attendeesGuest Assistance: welcome attendees, check tickets, and provide directionsVendor Coordination: liaise with vendors and service providersProblem Solving: address any issues or emergencies that arise during the eventCrowd Management: monitor and manage crowd flowSupport Services: support vendors as neededDismantling Setup: take down decorations and equipmentInventory and Storage: return equipment and materials to their proper storage locationsVenue Inspection: ensure venue is reasonably clean and all items are accounted forActivation Assistance: assist in interactive activities (e.g., raffles, mascot performance, demonstrations, activity stations), answer questions, encourage attendee participation
