Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Assistant for a full-time on-site role located in Nashville, TN. In this position, you will assist in planning and executing events, coordinate logistics, and support event setup and teardown. You will also collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations, interact with clients and attendees to provide exceptional customer service, and maintain organizational systems to meet deadlines effectively. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to successful events.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to confidently interact with clients, attendees, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management to assist in organizing and executing professional events seamlessly.
  • Excellent Organization Skills to manage tasks, track deadlines, and ensure operational efficiency during events.
  • Capability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
  • Previous experience in event coordination or related fields is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
