About the Role
The Event Assistant helps plan, coordinate, and execute events, promotions, and brand activations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and operational tasks.
Greet attendees and provide support throughout the event.
Manage event materials, supplies, and promotional items.
Support brand promotions and customer interactions.
Help with attendance tracking, surveys, and post-event reporting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings or weekends.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, active environment.
