Entry-level candidates will start with a $29,000 base salary , with the potential to earn additional compensation during the first year.

Licensing assistance

• Answer the telephone for the financial representative. Ask each client about lines of business we do not have with them. Do this by using prompter from Passport.
• Complete transmittal on Passport daily. Print the transmittal sheet(s) then attach any documentation and send to Home Office daily.
• Distribute incoming mail to the financial representative.
• Prepare outgoing mail for the financial representative.
• Type financial representatives correspondence as needed.
• Keep filing up to date. It is very important that we have all documentations in each file at all times.
• Maintain pending changes file and cross-reference when decs come in.
• Make routine auto and home changes and keep signatures.
• Prepare auto and home quotes with information supplied by financial representative and clients/prospects.
• Order supplies & business forms when needed.
• Check lapse listing and pending business daily.

• Complete all necessary Learning Resource Center classes.
• Must complete all requirements to become a service assistant.
• Get your Illinois Property and Casualty license within 6 months. Financial Representative will pay for insurance license, classes and renewals. Financial Representative will pay for 2 attempts at passing your state exam.
• Prior Sales Experience preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
