Job Description

We are actively hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Associates to support high-impact nonprofit and charitable organizations through in-person outreach, grassroots campaigns, and community engagement initiatives . This role is perfect for individuals who want to make a meaningful social impact while building a long-term career in nonprofit outreach, fundraising, advocacy, and community relations .

No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing professional development from day one.

Position Overview

As a Community Outreach Associate, you will represent established nonprofit partners at community events and public venues. Through face-to-face engagement , you’ll educate the public, share impactful stories, and inspire support for important causes. This role provides real-world experience, skill-building, and a clear path into leadership .

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador for nonprofit partners at outreach events and community locations

• Engage community members through direct, face-to-face conversations to raise awareness and generate support

• Present nonprofit missions, programs, and impact stories clearly and compellingly

• Collaborate with outreach teams to meet daily engagement and fundraising goals

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintenance of branded outreach materials

• Document interactions and collect community insights to improve outreach strategies

• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership development, and advocacy

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent ( college coursework preferred )

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Authorized to work in the United States

• No prior outreach, fundraising, or nonprofit experience required

• Paid training provided
