Position OverviewThe Early Childhood Gymnastics Instructor will teach and coordinate our infant and toddler classes, focusing on sensory play, motor development, and parent-child bonding. This role blends early childhood education with playful, movement-based learning.You'll lead small Grown-Up-and-me groups, mentor new staff, and help design a warm, welcoming experience for families.ResponsibilitiesTeach engaging, age-appropriate classes for infants and toddlers (12 weeks-3 years) with adult participation.Lead circle times, music and movement activities, and safe gymnastics exploration.Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers; guide them in supporting their child's development.Work with the Kindergym Manager to develop and refine lesson plans and class progressions.Provide mentorship and training for assistant or new coaches.Maintain safety standard and ensure a clean, organized, and inviting space.Represent the gym with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.QualificationsExperience working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers in a childcare, early learning or parent-and-me setting.Background in early childhood education, child development, infant movement, or similar field.Outgoing, confident communicator who enjoys interacting with both children and adults.CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).Gymnastics, dance, yoga, or physical education background a plus.Patient, joyful, and passionate about creating positive first experiences in a gym environment.Schedule and PayPart-time or full-time option availableWeekday mornings and weekends preferredCompetitive hourly or salaried pay depending on experienceOpportunities for professional growth and leadershipWhy Join UsThis is more than a coaching job- it's a chance to inspire confidence from the very beginning.
