We are seeking a Dry Cleaning Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of all employees and store operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of cleaner/operators
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Track weekly results and trends for business forecasting, and update ownership of trends.
• Resolve and mitigate customer complaints
• Handle cash/credit card transactions via POS register
• Key Holder
• Maintain quality relationships with key customers

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Bilingual (preferred)
• Knowledge of basic Excel functions and basic Word document formatting
