We are seeking a Dry Cleaning Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of all employees and store operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of cleaner/operators
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track weekly results and trends for business forecasting, and update ownership of trends.
- Resolve and mitigate customer complaints
- Handle cash/credit card transactions via POS register
- Key Holder
- Maintain quality relationships with key customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Knowledge of basic Excel functions and basic Word document formatting
