Drug Testing Collector – Drug Testing Services

We are a leading provider of drug testing services, specializing in hair, nail, urine (UA) drug testing, and DNA analysis . Our company is dedicated to accuracy, professionalism, and compassionate customer service. We seek a Drug Testing Collector to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily collection operations , ensuring efficiency in drug testing procedures, specimen collection, and customer service.
• Greet and assist clients in a professional and outgoing, and compassionate manner, ensuring they feel comfortable throughout the testing process.
• Handle incoming call s, respond to inquiries, via phone, email or written communication using scripts to schedule appointments, persuade prospective clients, and answer questions.
• Conduct and oversee hair, nail, and urine drug testing and DNA sample collection (must be comfortable handling specimens, including urine).
• Accurately complete client documentation , chain of custody forms, adhering to industry regulations and compliance.
• Utilize technology with ease – process payments, operate company programs on tablets, iPads, and laptops, and update spreadsheets accurately.
• Collect payments from clients and process transactions appropriately.
• Report Test Results using client-approved protocols.
• Monitor and maintain testing supplies , forms, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and professional office , reception and testing environment.
• Contribute positively to team culture and overall company success.
• Great Team Member , fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer-first service.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new processes and regulations, asking questions when needed and taking ownership of mistakes.
• Perform on-site and post-accident drug testing for clients , including after-hours services for additional pay (double hourly wage).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Background or strong interest in sciences (familiarity with drug testing methods a plus) .
• Strong communication skill s: able to speak and hear clearly on the phone, read and write in English effectively (Spanish speaking a plus!).
• Males encouraged to apply due to Department of Transportation observed urine testing requirements.
• Strong technical skills – must be comfortable using various electronic devices and software applications.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail .
• Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with diverse clients while maintaining compassion and professionalism .
• Comfort working with biological specimens (urine, hair, finglernails, buccal swabs) and cleaning supplies.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform duties requiring bending, kneeling, reaching, sitting or standing for extended periods.
• Reliable and flexible –must have the ability to drive a vehicle and willing to travel locally for on-site and post-accident testing when needed. (mileage reimbursed)
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
