Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 5 years experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, with an emphasis in technology.CBCP certification preferredStrong understanding of infrastructure architecture, including networking, cloud recovery, and hosting environments.Demonstrated experience developing and executing ITDR plans.Familiarity with disaster recovery tools and platforms, specifically Fusion.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FRB, FFIEC.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and analytical skills Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
