Develop and maintain ITDR plans for critical systems and applications. Aid in the coordination and facilitation of disaster recovery testing/exercises, including walk-throughs and tabletop exercises. Conduct Business Impact Analyses to identify recovery gaps and validate recovery time objectives and recovery point objectives. Collaborate with infrastructure teams and application owners to validate system and application recovery strategies. Support data center recovery exercises and other technical continuity testing as needed. Assist in the response to regulatory audits and internal reviews related to Disaster Recovery. Provide recommendations to enhance and optimize Disaster Recovery capabilities and documentation. Support emergency response activities, including acting as a liaison between crisis management leadership and recovery teams during plan activations. Ensure alignment with enterprise risk management, IT, and business objectives. Assist with the development of training and awareness materials to promote recovery readiness across the organization.
Skills and Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, with an emphasis in technology. CBCP certification preferred Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture, including networking, cloud recovery, and hosting environments. Demonstrated experience developing and executing ITDR plans. Familiarity with disaster recovery tools and platforms, specifically Fusion. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FRB, FFIEC. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
