Job Overview Enhance Rehabilitation is now hiring a Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations. We are dedicated to providing quality rehabilitation services to our patients, aiming to deliver patient‑specific treatments that enhance positive outcomes. We focus on professional development, supporting our team to achieve and maintain high‑quality care for all patients. Primary Job Responsibilities Manage a team of therapists and assistants (including Enhance staff and contract labor). Effectively communicate with the management team, including other Directors and Regional managers. Ensure the standard of clinical services delivered, adhering to evidence‑based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance. Oversee the clinical management of the rehab department, including case management, quality improvement, care planning, and positive outcomes. Handle hiring, orientation, development, and support of all staff and contract labor. Provide excellent customer service to the location team, deliver reports, and develop and implement programs appropriate for the patient population. Provide excellent customer service to our clients and families.
